「沖縄での生活が始まり、何か新しいことに挑戦したいと思っていた時に、石嶺ギター教室に出会いました。音楽経験はほとんどなかったのですが、先生の温かい人柄と丁寧な指導に惹かれ、ギターを始めることにしました。
レッスンでは、基礎から丁寧に教えていただき、少しずつですが、憧れの曲が弾けるようになってきました。先生は私のペースに合わせて指導してくれるので、無理なく楽しく続けられています。
特に印象に残っているのは、先生がアメリカの音楽にも詳しく、共通の話題で盛り上がれることです。音楽を通して、沖縄の文化だけでなく、アメリカの音楽についても深く知ることができました。
